No he doesn't. Before the Mosley fight people were talking about how Margarito actually had good defense, and ok boxing skills.
Margarito does have good boxing skills. Just look at his fight with cotto. He knew he had a granite chin and used it to wear down cotto and get him on the backfoot where he was landing punches through his crap defense until cotto couldnt take no more.
