It’s so weird how the internet just transforms people’s personality and behavior once they know they are anonymous.

Hate me or love me, I am myself on here. And I am not anonymous at all. I have like 50 boxingscene posters as FB friends in my only account, which consists of family, friends and coworkers. My full name is there. FB shows where I work, what I look like, my state, city, etc. I can easily be tracked down. I have nothing to hide and I don’t need to pretend anything. I am not on here starting fights, picking fights on the internet while knowing i’m safe and anonymous. But I defend myself, which is who I really am. I don’t pick fights, but if you do, it’s on. So I can’t wrap my head around these pretenders who are hiding. Acting like they really go around talking like that to strangers. Some of these name calling, aggressive posts are so far-fetched, man. Like nobody believes you are really about all that. No adult is like that when discussing sports with strangers. I am old school, I talk as myself whether it’s the internet or in person. I don’t change.

To me it is extremely weird behavior. Like the whole change of persona. I would advise everyone to just be yourself. Seriously, no one believes you (in general, not you). There is no evidence that you are as tough as you pretend to be. Meanwhile my coworkers can be contacted and they will tell you who I am and how I carry myself or if i’m scared of killers. I’m an adult. When I was a teenager on here, yeah I would pick e-fights. It was fun. Hell I have boxingscene members as friends on FB who had e-fights with me. I grew out of it. I’m in my 30s now. Picking internet fights is childish. I was immature and childish as a teen here. But a lot of people just don’t grow up ever.
