Oh my...Holmes was a thug! I knew that for some time now. And on which occasion was this meeting between him and Berbick?? They fought only once in the ring, in 1981. Berbick ended Holmes' ko streak in the title defenses and prevented him from breaking the record. So I guess Holmes had more than one reason to hate Berbick!

Btw, did you know this: when Rahman defeated Berbick on points in '96, Holmes called him just to say thanks!
