Ugas is the WBA champ, why does he have to get caught up in this other b.s created by the WBA? All these other contenders need to fight each other in order to get a shot, that's the way it should work. Ugas deserves a higher profile fight, rematch with Manny or any of the other top dogs, how about the Crawford, Porter winner. What's really funny is that we know there's the top tier in the WW division, but then there's Ortiz and Ennis, who are way more deserving than James, Stanosis, or Butaev.

Seems messed up that Staniones is getting a shot at a title before Ennis and Ortiz. Having said that, Ennis is too good to be fighting the leftovers of a 13 fight fighter in Saniones by fighting Delurme! Ennis is not being managed properly at all for a 13 fight fighter to already be higher in line than him.

Boots team must SUCK he beats everybody in this round robin if you ask me. I looked at the WBA rankings and didnt even see him in the top 15. What the hell is up with that?

He thinks he is good, not because he holds a worthless belt, but because he is good. And he's showing it, not by talking crap, but by fighting. Mention three fighters with 5 fights, and the type of resume this kid has. You can go back a few years, too. You can talk all the crap you want, but Cuban fighters don't duck anybody. Be safe

time to pay his dues, Ugas shouldnt even have been in the conversation to fight for the WBA belt not long ago, just because uncle Al pushed him a little doesnt mean hes untouchable

History shows that white/European fighters generate more revenue no racial overtones just facts. How can a 13 fight guy gets ranked over Ortiz and Ennis and get a title shot? This is what I dislike about today's boxing, managers, promoters and sanction bodies dictate 100% of all the bouts leaving the fighters and fans short changed. A Ugas/ Jamal fight makes all the sense the world then on to Ortiz and Ennis and let the other two "mandatory" guys earn a shot by fighting Porter, Garcia, Thurman which can a route for Ortiz and Ennis as well. Throwing these unproven Europeans in and hoping for an upset or good fight is just a pure moneymaking move and really bad for the sport. Tournement my a$$ this isn't soccer
