I don't know, man. Of course it's possible because, as you said, a friendship between them has been mentioned in the past (even used as a reason why neither showed interest in fighting one another up till a yr or so ago, I believe) but I don't think it's gonna prevent this fight from being worth watching. Shawn Porter has never been nor tried to come across as today's standard ultra malevolent fighter who lets everyone know much of a bad a$S they are anytime there's possibly a camera within a few blocks of them. He's never been that guy, never gone over the top with dramatics like that in promotion for his fights. He's never been that dude, but when he's in the ring he still manages to bring it to his opponent (unless their name's Ugas) like he's got a personal vendetta. This is a mega important fight for Porter. So many here relegate him to journeyman status already, and this may be his very last opportunity to legitimately prove whether he is or isn't and an obvious loss to Crawford will, right or wrong, end that debate for lots of people, and not only the fans either. If Porter cares at all for how his career will look to both the fans and those in the industry itself long after he's done fighting, he needs to be seen doing his damndest to beat Crawford. I don't think this is gonna look at all like a fight between two guys who've both publicly claimed to be friends. Both have way too much riding on this fight for that.

Crawford’s hit list at 147 consists of Horn, Benavidez, Khan, Kavaliuskas & Brook.
So fighting these guys is how he “showed the world he’s on a different level”??
Before you digress and pounce on Spence’s opponents, let’s ignore Spence for a second, do you think these 5 guys that Crawford beat put him on the HoF conversation? Are these quality wins for a guy that’s been put in the top of the P4P list for a couple of years?
These are stand-alone questions, they have nothing to do with Spence. Has Crawford achieved greatness with those 5 guys?
P4P, all clear wins, over former top ten ranked and world champions, throughout three divisions ; the REAL undisputed king at 140, TBC.Comment

Speaking … find my comments offensive ''troll''.
I review the totality of a fighters body or work when assessing his value and place in history, but I'm not here to ''digress'' and start talking about the HOF. As I said before, you dont want to give 'Bud' his respect, I don't give a shyte, you want me to say his resume is not on par with Errol Spence jr. at 147? OK, its not, but that dont make Errol Spence jr. the better fighter or a win over Terence Crawford.

Whenever I debate people, I always ask them to think about the opposite of the point or argument they’re making.
We’re talking about Crawford’s WW run. It’s a joke. That is a fact.
Porter will beat Crawford. Yet Porter’s resume isn’t as “quality”Comment

Keith Onetime Thurman, vacated the WBC belt and Shaun Showtime Porter and Danny Swift Garcia both fought for the vacant WBC belt . After that Porter fought Ugas and was gifted a win, Ugas clearly won that fight. Then he fought fough Errol Spence jr and lost the the belt.Comment

Speaking the truth is not trolling, I mock Tyson for his misdeeds, many fans agree with my comments and laugh at the fraud ; others find my comments offensive and label me a ''troll''.
