Thriller to bid on Munguia vs. Derevyanchenko

will be getting involved in some upcoming purse bids, Meier said.

The WBC is planning purse bids for a middleweight title eliminator between Jaime Munguia and Sergiy Derevyanchenko and for a light heavyweight title bout between Artur Beterbiev and Marcus Browne.
“At the end of the day, what we want to do at Triller Fight Club is to put on professional fights,” Triller’s new chief operating officer Thorsten Meier told Yahoo Sports. “We are stepping away from exhibition stuff only."

Honestly, a Munguia vs Derevyanchenko fight has barn burner written all over it an would fit the Thriller platform, wouldn’t mind seeing them win the purse bid.

Why not, Triller has had such success with putting on big fights they won off of purse bids.

Thought Derevyenchenko was going down to 154, maybe that weight was just too hard to get down to without completely draining himself

Between how coddled Munguia has been and comments I've read about Derevyanchenko needing time off and dropping down to 154 I doubt it happens.

Triller can leave though. Total disaster of a platform.
