            Canelo was very young and hadnt even fought Trout yet. It was far from a foregone conclusion Canelo would beat Mosley.

            Plenty of prospects dont pan out. Bute, Munguia, Spence, etc. All hyped up and didn't live up to it

                  Watching them both back then, it was clear who was going to win. Mosley stood no chance.

                  Bute had made many title defences and came up against another great fighter. That is a very different situation. Canelo even now isn't close to being a great fighter. I don't give credit for corruption and weakening fighters to take advantage of them.

                      Canelo wasn’t prime when he fought Mosely. He was still too green to be prime.
