Vernon Forrest that whupped Shane vs. Prime Oscar, who wins?

This is a tough pick, I'd have to lean with Oscar slightly, . I don't know why though. My mind says Oscar, but gut feelin' says Vernon would've won this matchup if Oscar didn't duck the Viper throughout his career like he did Winky.

One thing that Shane ain't got is a jab and Oscar had a good one. But, I still think that Forrest had an even better one. Forrest's height and jab and that huge right would've been a tough task for any version of Oscar.

I think Shane did show that he can be a bit of a risk taker and can get wild at times, that's why he was getting caught with some monster shots against Vernon. Oscar is conservative, that's why I don't think i'd be easy to get past Oscar's defense the way Vernon was able to against Shane.

I remember Shane was crackin' Vernon with some huge left hooks and Vernon didn't even budge. I think Oscar is a bit more accurate than Shane as well. The thing with Vernon's jab is he could double and triple up with it, unlike Quartey who had a thunderous jab but would only let out single shots.

I don't fellas, I'd like to know your guys' feedback and please vote.

Vernon by UD. He can almost match DLH's jab, and he can match DLH's hook wit his right. Vernon was effective inside for a tall guy and had better stamina. DLH would do better than SSM, but would still lose imo.

I think DLH's speed and combo's would earn him a UD.

It would be a decision, probably in favor of Oscar in an uneventful fight.

DLH can't beat bigger men. Everytime he tried he failed against guys of similar level who were bigger or stronger men: Hopkins, Trinidad, Mosley, Sturm.
DLH has great combos but not enough reach, his jab would get nullified by Vernon's size. Plus Vernon was not slow either, DLH would be competitive but still lose a 7/5 or 8/4 rounds decision.

forrest's range and timing neutralized mosley's speed, it will neutralize dlh's.

dlh would be too scared of the right hand to throw combos.

                IMHO.
