Wherever his fan base previously stood, Robson Conceicao has undoubtedly seen his popularity soar over the past two weeks. The three-time Olympian and 2016 Olympic Gold medalist has emerged as the sympathetic favorite heading into his first career title fight. Brazil's Conceicao (16-0, 8KOs) faces two-division and reigning WBC junior lightweight titlist Oscar Valdez this Friday on ESPN from AVA Amphitheater at Casino del Sol in Tucson, Arizona.

I went to watch Valdez fight in Reno and have been a fan of his, however, I hope Conceicao wins now, saying you don't know you came out dirty is bull$hi+ to me, if it was a tea bag, take that same type of tea bag and have that tested, if it comes out with the same result, you can clear your name, if not, admit you are dirty

Perhaps the size difference is what drove Valdez to seek help from canelo and Reynoso’s street pharmacists?

Just for fun, Conceicao should miss weight. Then lets see if: A) He would still be able to win the title, B) Not forfeit any part of his purse, or C) If the fight would be allowed to happen. Because according to the WBC and Valdez, weight management isn't a big thing...

I'm glad people are angry. It isn't ever acceptable to use PEDs, in swimming or weightlifting or anything, but swimmers don't risk killing or blinding or permanently maiming the other swimmers. I would like an absolute zero tolerance approach. If you are found with PEDs then you may wish to take up MMA or whatever, you will NEVER box professionally again.
