Shawn Porter is the #1 ranked welterweight in the WBC rankings followed by #2 Vergil Ortiz Jr. With the Crawford/Porter bout about to go to purse bid there’s a solid chance that Vergil will be fighting the next highest rank contender in the WBC rankings #3 Manny Pacquiao, #4 Mikey Garcia, #5 Keith Thurman, #6 Danny Garcia, #7 David Avanesyan, #8 Boots Ennis.
