Hopkins is a hard worker and doesnt need steroids. His worth ethic shows that he is probably the hardest working athlete today inside of a gym.

Not all steroids "bulk" you up necessarily.

Winnibol and other "cutting" steroids maintenance lean mass on your body, by metabolizing fat.

In other words, there are "Cutting" steroids, and "Bulking" steroids.

Carl Lewis and Ben Johnson were accused of the former. Both used "Winnies"

Canseco, Bonds, Mcguire, and Schwarzenegger used bulking steroids
such as androstenediol, Dianabol, and testosterone injections.

I doubt he used steroids, but jinx, just because someone is a hard worker in the gym and appears to not need steroids (to the fans) doesn't mean they feel they (personally) feel they don't need it..
