There are more available non-Filipino opponents and titles for both. Why eliminate each other and reduce the number of Filipino titleholders?

Sonsosa has great power, but i still think he's a bit green. There was rumours of him fighting Darchinyan, i think that's a bad move i'm not sure if he is experienced enough yet. I'd only give him a punchers chance. No way should he fight Donaire any time soon.

Sonsona's fighting style is a replica of Donaire's, albeit less effective.

He has too many flaws - no head movement, gets hit a lot when backpedaling, misses a lot with his wild swings, and doesn't throw even a 1-2 combination.

The kid will lose to someone with above-average technical skills if Donaire Sr. can't fix those flaws.

I think this will not happen...

Filipinos vs Filipinos is to far to happen as of this time. because there are many other options out therre to pit with.

But in case they will meet, I think Nonito has the edge against Sonsona. Donaire is more accurate puncher than sonsona.

Joan Tipon, the amateur standout, is the most FMJish of em all! too bad he got eliminated in the on-going World Amateur Championships.

It's not about that, and you're just taking smack I guess. If you only knew, the Mayweathers are the last people on earth they would want to emulate...

I guess you haven't read the article yet. It's not about the Mayweather style, it's about the situation wherein the father and son almost went against each other atop the ring, the Jr. as a fighter, while the older Mayweather as the trainer from the opposite side...
