Prime for Prime hard to vote against Holmes here. Too skilled, jab too good and soch an.excellent chin.

In a 15th round fight. Holmes via UD. Or 13th round KO

            - -Gerrie Cooney an inferior size clone was widely outboxing Lar on the cards until fatigue set in with 3 lowblow deductions. 10 years later Popkins got an automatic 10 count of free lowblows before the first deduction.

Despite the disadvantages, he gave Wlad a tough 12-rounder due to his awkward style and constant movement. And of course we saw what Fury did to him after that. It's easy to imagine a young fleet-footed Holmes circling Wlad, disrupting his rhythm, and snapping his head back with lighting-fast jabs. There aren't really any heavyweights today that are comparable, so it'd be hard for Wlad to find the proper sparring to prepare for him.
There was nothing tough about that fight Klitschko vs Jennings he won easy and if he’s instructed to do do without steward he’d do the same with Holmes with limited power coming at him using that controlling jab .

Holmes isn’t beating a focused Klitschko. Most likely UD win in a boring fight where Wlad sets the tempo and Larry can’t do much to hurt or off set him .
