I said it before and will say it again Caleb sweet hands Plant is going to expose the cherry picker fraud. He is the better fighter and will win by late stoppage or decision. Boxing is not about who hits harder. It's about the sweet science and that's where clenelo has his problems. Al Haymon needs this fight to try and get Canelo to work with him again. So Plant does what daddy Al says. If not he gets dropped by Al and the tomato can diet he was on before Canelo stops.

Who is Caleb trying to fool? He had little role in the negotiations. He was used as leverage to try and make Canelo give PBC a multi-fight deal and other concessions to try and save PBC's bacon. Folks need to understand that one fighter does not pay another, ie, Canelo does not pay his opponents, nor do his opponents pay him. It is the promoter who cuts that paycheck. It was not that Canelo was holding out in giving Plant the $10 million he was clamoring for. Haymon is on the hook for that, not Alvarez. Caleb Plant is doing a little too much unnecessary chest-thumping. He is a good boxer with speed, quickness, and a good sense of the ring. Let's see if that is enough to secure a victory. All of his babble focusing on how great he is won't help him if the fight actually takes place, but I still have my doubts that Caleb will go through with the fight. We shall see.

Small wins matter for a guy in the leadup to a fight, builds confidence. Kudos to Plant if he is gaining confidence. I don't think all the confidence in the world will give him what he needs to beat Canelo, but by fight night he needs to believe he'll win. Really looking forward to this fight!!
