The matrix was exposed! He fought like a scared little girl, should of been wearing a dress in the ring that night.
    Laughable comment.

There are times when fighters don't have their best night. And there are times when fighters have the best nights of their careers. Douglas beat Tyson. Does that mean he's better? Absolutely not....... Lopez is NOT a better boxer than Loma, and that's ridiculous to even say out loud. If Lopez and Loma fight 10 times, I give Lopez a chance to win 3 at most. It just so happened that he had one of those strong nights. Happens all the time in boxing.

Having said that, there's no reason to jump to unrealistic conclusions. We all saw the fight. Be smart in evaluating what we saw, start to finish

Was Loma not the WBC champ when Lopez beat him? Look it up Loma was the WBC champ, and Lopez beat him, therefore he's undisputed. Haney is the Yahoo, Gmail Champ. Taylor talks like he steamrolled the division, he barely, and I mean barely won against Ramirez and Proragis, those 2 dudes deserve rematches but Taylor is staying far away because he knows part of those wins were just plain luck.

Loma vacated the WBC belt before he fought Teo. Where are you getting your information? Devin was elevated after Loma refused to fight his mandatory. It's cool that you're Teo fanboy but at least be honest.

The motivated Douglass that stopped Tyson would have given any heavyweight in history troubles. Loma is moving away from his prime and Lopez is moving towards his, not a good situation for Loma.

Timothy Bradley is a mark. He's saying whatever he can to be different and stay in good standing with the masses/powers that be that signs his paycheck. I wish they would replace Bradley with Malignaggi; he's irritating! Lopez would destroy Taylor, btw.

If Loma wasn’t ruined by his loss to Lopez there’s a fair chance to avenge & beat him. He’d need to start earlier, close the distance & turn it into a street fight except with Loma, it’d be calculated. Lopez is impressive in any case; apparently much more powerful than Loma.

But after 2nd half Teo did have trouble with Vasiliy up close. Not too much though. Ok Vasiliy & dad came through worldwide Amateur grooming. But Teo & dad’s experience was solid too. Teo w/ dad might also adjust & handle an inside attract. Tough prediction but if Vasiliy team pulls it off, he’d have to jump on him - it’d be close. Both ain’t going down but it’d probably be hard to score either way. If Vasiliy had been ruined we’ll know it early on.

As for Taylor? Yeah it seems that Bradley is sucking up to some bigger balls. Taylor is great but Lopez seems bursting towards JR W or pure welterweight. He may be stronger than the Brit.

I don’t disagree but both are still top dogs. Loma’s amazing amateur history is for real but that & the, “specialized training” in fact got old. Lopez & “his” dad were / are still less known but maybe also less frills; a no nonsense package. I any case nobody here is a fake. A rematch can go either way.

Everything Bradley said is true. EVERYTHING. I know Lopez, and I called it before: Lopez struggles on the inside. He has a nice tight hook and rear uppercut. You smother that and he’s a fish out of water. No inside game. Also, I have my doubts that he can retain his power moving up. Ever since he’s been fighting top level opponents, his knockouts have disappeared. Comey’s being TKO’d was due to Comey stepping into Lopez’s punch. Does Lopez hit harder than Ramirez? I doubt it. I don’t see it. Taylor had some reach too and knows how to use it. We saw how Lopez handled Nakatani. He’s planting for power all the time which limits his mobility to get inside. He doesn’t use his jab correctly either to get inside, from what I’ve seen. Taylor would be a bad match for Lopez.

Everything Bradley said is spot on.

And now Teofimo is going to duck Loma. Arum is trying to make a PPV fight with Loma. Big money. If Lopez turns it down, it’s a flat out DUCK. We all saw Lopez whiffing everything he threw. And we also saw Lopez looking like a
bobble head every time Loma threw. Dude is crapping himself with the thought of a rematch.

I like Teofimo. I’m a fan. But I call it as it is.

I think so too. It's the fight offering the most money, and I suspect Taylor is starting to think about retirement, having accomplished what he set out to do, which was unify.

I would also like to see Prograis with TR, but although very talented, he is a bit small for 147.
