Ending is on Youtube. Heartbreaking to watch, I don't recommend it. She's on her feet but in a coma from the moment the last punch lands.
I am reading on a French site that she was beaten and brutally KOd in May after a 2 year layoff. The other girl's trainer said he was shown a clip of this fight in the past few days, and if the video had been online beforehand the fight would have never been made. Apparently she took a serious beating and didn't go to the hospital after.
EDIT: Found the video. She does not take the punches well at all, and is out cold on the floor for an extended period after the fight.
Absolutely heartbreaking.
Sad. Women shouldn't be allowed to box, it is a brutal sport even for men
Her opponent doesn't care at all that she's on the canvas dying
what a cold *****

As a fighter your first reaction after a fight is stopped is to celebrate not knowing the condition of another fighter is normal, I just think this is a bad mishap, but we do need to look at the commission and match maker and past performances to get a better understanding at whom failed this young lady.Comment

Beyond sad, but I will say she died a warrior and that might be the best most honorable way to go. Nothing but respect and prayers.Last edited by Wacked_Out; 09-02-2021, 11:52 PM.Comment

Very strange seeing a female boxer die reason being for the fact that women just dont have that explosive brutal power that men possess. Sad RIP.Comment

Yes, beyond sad, because death is very hard to deal with, even that of a stranger. It knows no age. Everyone has an appointment with it eventually. May God bless her and everyone else in the afterlife.Last edited by BoxingIsGreat; 09-03-2021, 12:11 AM.Comment

End mismatches and 'showcase' fights. Montreal seems particularly guilty of this often. Make it so she didn't die for nothing. That Estrada KO in seconds vs that fake fighter with padded record was the first red flag for this recently in women's boxing. Everyone just wants to make a buck and lets these things slip by.Comment
