I rate plant highly, i believe at the very least this fight will be competitive and close, i got plant winning or being robbed and will have a bet on him for sure, he has a good chance.

God I hope it is a good fight at least. Too many boxing busts as far as fights getting taken away at the last second etc. buuut i probably just evoked the indignation of the boxing gods and they are now likely to take this fight too. Sorry guys.

The determining factor will be Canelo's body attack. I don't believe Plant can stop it and that means he'll take a beating which will lead to the fight being stopped or a KO. I'll be very surprised if it goes to a decision.

This fight won't end in Caleb being koed....... canelo's famed body attack is telegraphed IMO, I don't expect it to be a factor in the fight

Caleb has excellent legs, his foot and head movement is stellar. He chooses to punch in combination and speed which takes away from his power but we have seen that his check left hooks can produce power. The issue for plant will be can he keep his stamina up for 12 rounds. The issue for Canelo will be he is a counter puncher which excels when his opponent is stationary and not moving. If Caleb can pump the jab for 12 rounds and avoid the ropes and corners it’s going to get very interesting. I do foresee Caleb being the victim of dodgy judges on the rob…..

Canelo plods along and seems slow of foot, but his hands are quick and his timing and accuracy is world class. It's all good until Canelo hits you. Then it's not so fun anymore
