But MMA geeks and gamer nerds want boxing fans to think “boxing is dead”…..apparently it’s been “dying” ever since the early 20th century….poor diagnosis…

Messi, Ronaldo, and naymar all IMO have way bigger global reach but ok.

This list was determined by two categories.

Social performance metrics: 125 total points
          – Frequency: total number of posts
          – Reach: total number of followers/likes across the four different platforms
          – Engagement: average engagement rate and follower interaction rate

          Audience metrics: 125 total points
          – Fan Demo: percentage of social audience that is female, Gen Z or Millennial
          – Fan Attractiveness: percentage audience with an affinity for music,
gaming, international/global affairs or luxury goods.

Based On those metrics Ronaldo was #6 on the list, Messi was #12, and Neymar was #31.

Funny list. The third most marketable athlete in the world is a 35 year old dyke that plays women's soccer. No not the purple haired one, it's Ashlyn Harris. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashlyn_Harris

Both of them are small potatoes compared to soccer, basketball, American football etc.

A lot of people have no idea who Canelo is. Joshua is actually probably more famous globally. Bizarre list.

A female soccer player in third. Yeah this list just lost all credibility.

Canelo is boxing biggest star but he’s small fry compared to Ronaldo, Messi, Woods, Federer, Nadal, LeBron, Curry, Brady etc.
