Chad should go the "championship" route. In other words, clean up belts and make yourself a target. He can beat the other title holders at 175, so he should try and unify. Own the division, because nobody is going to want to fight him. He does not bring large sums of money and he's dangerous for anyone.

He needs to make himself unavoidable.
