The whole karma thing gets abused here .. for example: Sin City gave me bad karma just because I disagreed with his comments .... Silly!!!!

Nobody goes all-out, all the time, when training - I train five days a week in my fully outfitted home gym. And there are times when working the bag when I do not go full-out and there are times when I do. Any training regimen or apparatus requires a balanced approach.
Only a fool\idiot would go all-out all the time. And it would clearly demonstrate inexperience amoung other things.
