1. Won't matter. He'll perform to the best of his ability with or without his dad around. I don't think his dad is a distraction to Floyd.
2. Floyd has already stated that Roger is his trainer and Floyd Sr won't be in the corner.
3. They're brothers and they're both stubborn so maybe, but little fights are not enough to distract Floyd from his game plan. Hell, Roger beating up some chic and getting accused of shooting some guys car at a skate rink wasn't enough to distract him, so a petty argument definitely wont.
4. Nacho will come up with game plan. It's up to JMM to implement it.
