hey larry, you're right drinking your own piss is gross. but it does have vitamines that can help. now, a normal guy that is not in training walking around drinking his piss is very bad for the body. a guy that has been training and sweating can drink his piss and would'nt be as bad, in fact alot of the waste is sweated out. i'm in the army and completed the mountain training course/school, we had to drink our piss for hydration. but yes it is gross and should'nt be done unless you are in a training mode where everything you eat and drink are monitored. so what jmm is doing is kinda weird to some, it's not bad for him and actually can do some good. but then again, why not just take some vitamin pills or something. superstitious boxers do weird things i guess.
