    Kelly Pavlik

I am at school right now, so I do not "get" showtime, but the channel comes in clear any way, but in black and white and with no sound. So anyways, I watched Kelly Pavlik's two round destruction of Beaupierre and was wondering if they mentioned anything about his future plans. If they are going to move him up to some tougher opposition or what they had in mind. First time I got to see him fight, only have read about him. I know he is still young, but he is moving up pretty high in the rankings.

Maybe the next step for Pavlik should be a bout with a veteran like a Hacine Cherifi or William Joppy. Just to test the waters against a veteran trialhorse with some name value

i've seen pavlik fight live on the undercard of barrera-morales III

Damn, a boring ass fight, he had the guy on the ropes the WHOLE fight, he couldve knocked him out but he didnt, that guy was just on the ropes the whole night and he didnt finish the guy off. But from what i hear he's really improved

I just saw the pavlik bout, he looked ordinary besides having decent power. He has a good jab, which he doesnt employ enough and reaches with at times. his combos are coming at a very slow rate and speed. I dont think he would get past Joppy or Cherifi, he is not at that level yet. I was unfamiliar with his opponent so judging his power is actually a one time guess. But overall I was not overly impressed with him........Rockin'

The only thing that Pavlik has going for him is the right. That straight right he has is viscious!!! Other than that, he's slow, can be out worked and his hands problems will eventually come back to haunt him.
