The best thing that can happen here is that Charlo/Castano II happens & Tszyu defends his Commonwealth title against the Smith/Fowler winner. Failing that how about Tzsyu Vs Kurbanov?

Just what I was thinking! Things have gotten so ridiculous that a mandatory ranking is now settled by an email "fight" rather than in the ring?! WTF?!!

If Castano fights as he did against Charlo Tszyu will get beat, its a big jump in class to what Tim has been in with.

          Unifications should always trump mandatories.

Charlo didn’t sound so keen to fight castano again and he looked like seal dung in their fight so maybe it’s next

Bakhram Murtazaliev paid stepaside money to allow Charlo vs Castano to happen so that's why it was no rematch clause, and Bakhram fought on Charlo last two undercard fights. Won eliminator in 2019 so hopefully we see Castano vs Tszyu for the wbo light middleweight title and see Charlo vs Bakhram as the main event for the ring, wbc, wba, ibf light middleweight title on a fox card.

This is not what I want, but I think it's what we're going to get! I don't think Charlo is going to be able to pay off his mandatory again! I also think Castano vs. Tszyu goes to purse bid just like Crawford vs. Porter!

This seems to make the most sense. Rematch charlo/castano. On same card have Tim and Kurbanov fight in the undercard. Have the winners fight.
