We already know Khan beat Maidana and many people thought Maidana actually beat Floyd in their first fight. That was an older battleworn Maidana who Khan would have beaten even easier than he did the first time around. But Floyd struggled and many people thought he lost to Maidana.
Now Khan already beat Ugas in the amateurs, by 2nd round KO, but if he were to beat him again as a pro would that position Khan as a greater ATG than Manny and possibly Floyd too?
Sidenote: Sadly both Floyd and Pacquiao avoided Khan throughout his entire career, a fact no true boxing fan should ever forget, so we'll never know how those fights would have played out.
