None of the reports have said Floyd put a beating on Lamont. Verbally yes, physically no. There is a big difference.

Since I don't know what took place at the sparring session, it's verbal abuse. I wouldn't say it's 'friendly trash talk' either, but only they'd know.

I've absolutely shutdown people in sparring that want to keep on going until you get tired so it could have gone either way. I have concluded that somebody got the best of somebody.

its Lamont Peterson were talking about here.
You won't get much better sparring than that, generally. LP is a top contender.

When Lamont is able to merge his offense with defense and not solely concentrating on one or the other only then will we be able to expect great things from him, I like the guy but he has his hands full against Bradley, not much different than when lil Floyd put hands on him.

Never believe anything you hear about fighters training camps coming up to a big fight.

Wouldn't suprise me if true obviously, but I wouldn't read too much into it.

Once again you failed to tell me what reports say Mayweather was handing it to Peterson physically. Way to retreat and change the subject. You got caught running your mouth and couldn't back it up. Typical fat reject in his tightie whities typing in his mom's damp basement. Sad.

but if Mayweather and Lamont were to fight, do you really think that it would be competitive?
I agree that Floyd would seriously kill him but I dont think you could get a better sparring partner than him pretty much anywhere. The thing that upsets me about Floyd is that physicaly, these are the guys he's supposed to be fighting. If he was fighting guys his own size like this then people would be judging him differently because he would be putting on shows Offensivley

Why are you so sensitive about this subject, is it farfetched to think the best boxer in the world could easily handle Peterson in sparring? Come on now.

well I can agree with that, Lamont would be a very good sparring partner...it would benefit both himself and Mayweather.

I just dont think it would be 'news' that Mayweather beat Lamont in sparring. I mean surprise surprise, didnt expect that!
                      thats all Im saying here.

didnt know everyone was so high on Lamont Peterson.
