Is boxing still a sport?

Is boxing still a sport or is it merely entertainment? When boxers fight only once or twice a year and generally fight guys they know they can beat, is it still sport? Ask yourself, without checking Boxrec.com, who is the current world cruiserweight champion?

i think it is a sport but a funny sport in that u can depending on who u are, choose your opponent, location etc, lose but still win & still get a good amount of exercise
