Boxing is a honest sport, I think it is best that fighters just be themselves. I don't personally need to see a gimmick personality to watch a fight.
But I get it mate, you are letting lemmings rule your life. That is what you are really talking about, getting the attention of the lemmings or sheeple etc
Just be yourself Oldsckoolg, and stop letting lemmings rule your life.

Dlh’s credibility is shot after that statement. It’s all about money with him. The Paul brothers are ass. I hope Dlh doesn’t come back. That vid if him hitting the mitts was terrible.Comment

So all boxers have to act like the Paul Brothers? Have youtube, and instagram accounts?

I'm sceptical that a significant number of the casual fans watching Logan or Jake Paul fight will become interested in regular boxing matches (though some might), but there is a lesson to be learned about selling boxing matches to the masses.
The audience does need to be invested in at least one of the boxers. One way to do that is to get the boxers in front of non-typical boxing audiences. You tube is one method, but also regular network TV. Get them on chat shows. Get them on Wipeout. Have them as a guest judge on the Masked Singer. If casual fans get to know their name and face, bingo, they will care more when they fight.
Some boxers are already doing some of these things via social media. Ryan Garcia's twitter popularity is well documented. Wilder seems to have his hardcore cadre via youtube and other social media postings.Comment

Those aren't quite the words I'd use, but I think this is closer to the truth than the Paul brothers doing anything by themselves for the sport.

Garcia definitely has, had accomplished more to selling himself to non boxing fans than his boxing for boxing fans. Hamed understood it, Ali did, Sugar Ray Leonard, Camacho, Paez, Tyson, etc etc. Conor McGregor has made tens of millions, hundreds of millions on being a right gobshyte. Personality sells….these brothers are entertaining and they do numbersComment
