Why didnt someone else pay is Charlo hanging with Broke bums? He couldnt call his agent?He couldnt pay so he gotta harass an underpaid waitress trying to do her job. Laughing my ass off at the card declining. Bruh....just call your bank when you're about to spend an enormous amount or notify them when you're out of town. They tend to trip sometimes.

Also, if he was at a "hood" spot, then I see why the card "declined." Why? I used to frequent those types of places and they'd pull the whole, "Our credit card machine is down" or "Cash Only" means they KNOW some hood folks are gonna call their banks the next morning and dispute their bills....sometimes, for the full amount.

Something must have happened for him to have to turn himself in, but who knows.
