Finlandīs former EBU middleweight champ Amin Asikainen is in full training for the upcoming fight for the now vacant EBU title against Matthew Macklin on September 25 in Manchester. Amin have Russians Konstantin Piternov and Gennadyi Martirosyan as sparring partners with Swedish welterweight Patrick Bogere joining the team. Trainer and manager Pekka Maeki says things are going well and reveals he will bring Norwegian featherweight Andreas Evensen and Russian jr welterweight Dennis Shafikov with the team to Manchester where they will fight on the undercard. Surprised that Larsen accets to challenge for the EBU crown. But I'm glad he did. Him fighting Sartison will be a good measurement as to how he stands compared to countryman Mikkel Kessler.

well Asikainen can't make 154,he barely makes 160.there was talks after the gevor fight that he would move to super middle.
