there is more risk in getting sick from drinking your piss than than it being healthy for you...again, drinking your piss should only be done in a life or death/survivor situation
if you want protein, nutrients, and vitamins, eat the right foods and take a good multi-vitamin with some other supplements
everyone always talks about in tanking lots of protein but what people dont know is that your body can only take in so much protein like everything else before the body gets rid of what it doesnt need or cant use through waste material.
also taking in too much protein gives you a gut b/c excess protein is stored on the belly
just look at the little gut on JMM...thatsone of the reasons i say he looks fat to me
