Wow, interesting I didn't know that.
Yet, I still think he would have major issues at 168 against top names definitely.Comment

Pretty well said man I definitely agree man.168? I'm a big Crawford fan but get real. 154 is his limit but he still got work to do at 147, don't walk away from Porter and don't let that little crispy wanker Arum fkk it for you either. If Porter or his master Al fkks it then so be it but make sure you want it boy.Comment

He is 5’8” and probably walks around 175lbs or so when not in the gym. At least from what I remember him saying. I can’t see a fighter fight at his walk around weight class. That’s rare. Mayweather and Pacquiao did it successfully. But that’s Mayweather and Pacquiao, two ATG’s of their era.
Crawford, who iirc, walks around above 170 when not training. I could be wrong. He cuts a ton of weight to get down to a weight class he has a chance in. But if he went the Mayweather/Pac route, he would fight at 168 and most likely be, at best, a serviceable journeyman at 168. More realistically, he would most likely get repeatedly clobbered up there. As he did not look like he took Gamboa and Kavaliaskous best shots very well.
Crawford can comfortably make 154-160 without bloating up and he doesn’t do it. We all know why. 154-160 has Lara, Charlo twins, Castano, Derevyanchenko, GGG, Hurd, Andrade, Harrison, Munguia, Eubank, Lubin. Crawford is probably not too thrilled about any of these matchup’s. He rather fight smaller men like Gamboa, Pacquiao, Lomachenko, Gervonta Davis, Teofimo Lopez. And if he decides to fight bigger opponents, they have to C class fighters.
I still think Postol is his sole real good win where no one can really say anything bad about it. Otherwise his resume is very underwhelming.Comment

Sounds like Pac is retiring. Expect everybody from 135 to 154 to be heading to 168 as Canelo is the only cash cow left. Of course AJ but they can't go there.Comment
