I think this phobia about Americans can be cured. Don’t let Pacman fight the best America has to offer, that would be suicide. Let Pacman fight an American bum, than Holt, than Zab Judah. We are all now well aware of Pacman phobia against American fighters. He ducked Campbell,Bradley,Williams,Berto,Mayweather for Oscar/Diaz/Hatton and Cotto. But this isn’t about his ducking. But more of what caused it.

Thrilla In Manila was staged in the Philippines. I was reading reports Pacman father attended the fight. I think Pacman’s father might have told Pacman about two grillzy American bears going toe to toe until near death. Pacman father may have over exaggerated what happened. Imagine Pacman hs a young boy being told how two American fought each fought in the Philippines. Remember when Pacman met Moorer he was shocked by the sheer size of the guy. This could all be a misunderstanding because of Pacman’s father.

It was obvious that Mayweather Jr., an American, was the next foe after the Pac-Hatton fight. But Manny Pacquiao was not even given the chance to fight him nor formally negotiate because PBF vs Marquez was announced the morning of Pac`s fight, unless you came from another planet.
