Juanma still has much to prove, but based on what I've seen, I tend to agree with ChampBoxPr that, even in their primes, both Vazquez and Rafa would've gotten overwhelmed by Juanma's skill, size and power. I don't think that this is an absurd assertion at all. Hopefully Juanma gets the opportunity to show this by getting some competitive fights soon. Until he does, we can only speculate on how good this guy is.
