Based on what? Ugas has ZERO advantages over Spence. Spence is bigger, has better reflexes, younger, and is considerably more powerful with any punch you name. Spence would have crushed this version of Manny.

Ugas is 32 with 31 professional fights and maybe only 4 upper level opponents. Pac is 42 with 72 professional fights and tons of bouts vs upper level opponents. HUGE difference. Manny flat out doesn't have enough time left to go the tune up route.
