If you hit a boxer's glove that's covering their face it means you landed a punch. I can admit Ugas landed a lot of jabs that aren't powerful like GGG jabs, but at least 50% of those right hands hit Pac's glove. Just because it made Pac move doesn't mean it's a scored punch.
