pacs legs are gone, hes fighting so stationary, his hand speed is still decent but ugas has so much time to cover up or use his range and just step back. pac used to be able to close the distance from angles on these guys to negate reach advantages but hes standing straight in front of ugas and not darting in and out of crange or using good lateral movement to come from the side. . look at pacs legs they are so slow, ugas sees everything coming.
