LAS VEGAS - The Nevada State Athletic Commission has assigned the same panel of veteran judges to a main event for the third time in less than three months. BoxingScene.com has been informed that the NSAC approved two Nevada-based judges, Dave Moretti and Patricia Morse Jarman, and New Jersey's Steve Weisfeld to score the Manny Pacquiao-Yordenis Ugas fight Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena. The NSAC also has chosen Russell Mora Jr. as the referee for their 12-round welterweight championship match.

I like Russell Mora as referee. He let's fighter fight inside. Good referee.

Not sure with the other 2 Judges, but Dave Moretti is a corrupt Judge for sure.

Something eerie and spooky about this fight. Too much fell in place as if this fight is supposed to happen. Ugas doesn’t seem happy or joyous to have this opportunity. He’s too ‘no nonsense’ or maybe he’s a mean voodoo man. We’ll know if he dribbles Manny into submission. That’ll break a lot of hearts. Maybe it’s just his time?

Dave Moretti’s cards are pretty good. He’s one of the best judges in boxing
