Not that I would do it but about 7 years ago I was reading up on people that do this every morning.

There are millions of people around the world that do this. I always knew urine was sterile but I also read it puts back the vitamins and minerals that your body expels because it can't absorb them fast enough.

First time I read about it I was disgusted and then I realized how many people actually do this. It's nasty don't get me wrong but it's supposedly good for you...
