That's not a lie. Once Ugas was elevated to a full Champ, the negotiations started for an unification fight. That's when pac show up. And understandable so, took the fight away from Ugas. They were training for Spence for awhile, and it wasn't a secret. They new berto was on the table, weeks before they announced the fight, only to change it with maidana.
