Jerry Cantu was awful in Rigondeaux vs Casimeiro

First, he allowed the fight to have no action. That was the worst thing throughout the fight.

Secondly, Rigondeaux was down on one glove. Was it a technical KD or slip? That is debatable. The issue there was that a fighter was down.

As a referee, you are supposed to quickly halt the action and call something, anything, a KD, a slip, whatever. Not allow a fighter to tee off on the guy who is down. Casimeiro got several free power shots at Rigondeaux's temple while he was down. The behavior was unacceptable for Casimerio, that was some delinquent type of stuff there. And the ref's reaction was even worse than what Casimeiro did.

Several instances in the fight, Rigondeaux, blatantly held down Casimerio's head. The ref never warned Rigondeaux for this. Or even told him "You can't do that".

Lastly, Rigondeaux should have been taken a point away for throwing a punch and making contact with Casimeiro's face well after the bell, right in front of the referee. The referee actually looked right at it, was right in front of that, and did not take a point away.
