Actually quite high when i think about it, If pac loses and Mayweather gets offered more money to fight pac by HBO then am sure he would fight pac instead of the winner in cotto.
a defeated Pacquiao: very high chance - might even get priority over Cotto still
a defeated Cotto: he'll have to build himself back up. two or three wins including a big name a la Margarito or Mosley will probably be necessary before Floyd considers fighting him
