i love beristain though, the guy is about as real as it gets... he doesnt sit there and stroke his fighter's ego. he just keeps that **** real, telling the guy what he has to do and, if its the case, that the **** isnt enough and he HAS to do better...

thats what the fighter needs to hear, not "oh you're doing great, everything will be ok"
