During a training camp, when does Sparring usually end typically? 1 week before the fight? 2 weeks?

Depends on the fighter

i heard story of a guy going back to the gym after weighing in to get rounds in

1st thing Floyd would do upon waking up was spar. No bagwork no running. Kept himself as fresh as possible for “fighting”
