Solid fight and in normal circumstances I'd have been more excited but we tend to judge things by comparison and in that context it feels like a bit of a let-down.

Does Pacquiao really need to be having unnecessary wars at this stage of his career? That type of effort needs to be reserved for Spence Junior & Crawford.

If this fight is not a easy fight, and is a war? I don't think this is good for Pacquiao.

Pacquiao for me had all the momentum going into the Spence Junior fight. It was not just the media, or people wanting him to win.

It genuine momentum, and good form.

Note: None of this looks like good promoting.

Do you think people will shy away from going to the fight now that Ugas is in?

Will people do the same with PPV purchases?

I know this is a good matchup, Ugas is skilled but I was mainly focused on Spence vs Pac,
I got Pac winning by UD, I think his offense is too much for Ugas.
Not as excited as the fight vs Spence. It should be a dog fight though as Ugas is a fighter. He took to and imo beat Porter.

If Spence pulled out early then I see what you're saying.

But old man already put in 2 months of hard camp.

Might as well fight and cash a check.

The fight went from no risk (legacy wise), all reward to all risk and no reward though.

Ugas win does nothing for him, ugas loss is devastating.

            Might just happen too.

I was quite confident in pac vs spence tbh.

This ugaa fight smells of a boring fight and controversial split decision.

            I dont like Cubans.

I have no issue with Pacquiao fighting, I just believe? That they should of just got somebody in to tick over.

This fight is not exactly a ticking over fight, it could be a struggle.

But if it is not a struggle? This only builds Pacquiao's momentum.

The Crawford fight should then be made etc

Obviously it isn’t Pac vs Spence. But it’s still a damn good fight. Pacquiao was in a serious camp for spence so he should look insane fight night.

Nope, this is bullshyt. I commend Manny for accepting a last minute replacement and a fighter who poses a legit threat, but we all had our hearts set on Pac vs Spence. Manny shouldn't have to fight a guy who was gifted his title.

excited? No but it is not a bad fight and a decent alternative

moving it to FOX would be better but I guess they figure even a PPV that flops would still be profitable

                      I definitely understand your viewpoint.
However, I doubt Pac will get much damage at all from Ugas.

I don't think Pacman will be cashing in nearly as much as vs Spence or Bud because I doubt this fight will sell much tickets or PPV now that Ugas is in the mix now.
