        What actually happened:

Spence's eye issue flared up/was discovered a some point in the past few weeks. Ugas was informed to be ready in case the call came.

Pacquiao, always desperately in need of money and having done a whole training camp, accepted Ugas as a substitute when Spence officially pulled out.

If this was the plan all along Pacquiao wouldn't have filed to strip Ugas because he was fighting him anyway.

And if you're really dumb enough to think PBC planned this out without Pac's involvement, risking the money they've spent promoting the PPV, when Pacquiao was just as likely to have pulled out, and Errol Spence just went along with it as a pawn....

        ..... you are a moron.

Exactly and I'm sure they told ugas to be prepared to step in to the main event in case manny or errol had to pull out so ugas was probably sparring southpaws the whole time.

Yeah I thought that was reasonable as well. You put a lot of time and $$$$$ training, etc. For a fight.

PBC balking at his request tells me they was gonna pull a bait and switch.

I was listening to a boxing podcast after the Castano/Charlo fight and they said if Castano signs for a rematch they would just postpone it until next year. No one trusts them.

Spence didn’t know he had a tear until told so during a routine pre-fight check-up. He found out on Monday, His coach found on Monday, Ugas found out on Monday, and Fabian Maidana was cut on Monday (publicised on Tuesday). These are what these guys have said, unless you’re saying they’re lying.

Derrick James: I don’t know when or how the injury occurred .

Does knowing you have a retinal tear but continuing to spar for weeks make sense to you?

They are in such denial. Haymon is the most unethical and corrupt person in boxing. Everyone can see what happened now after Canelo outed them.

Poor Ugas, he gonna experience a fully
juiced Grand Pacroyd on the ring.
