              WBA gave that belt to Ugas due to PAC's inactivity for 2 years... Now Ugas is defending it against PAC....

                  If it was Spence. I'm sure the Judges will favor the future star than Pacquiao, but Ugas..

                  I think this will be fair judging, since if Pac wins.. PBC gets to have one more fight with a Pac name on it.. And no one would be dumb enough not to want that mooolaah.
