I think he has a solid chance yeah. It’s gonna depend on how great Manny still is at 42 years old.

I think Pacquiao is harder to prepare for than Ugas, especially on short notice. If Pac maintains a high punch output, he should be able to outwork Ugas.

Does Ugas dodge the months of VADA testing with this?

I got the LEGEND beating him, hell I would ready to pick Pacman to beat Spence next week (with respects to Spence who I like as well, get well soon Champ)

However, Ugas will come to fight and he won't be easy make no mistake about that. Ugas can be a bit inconsistent though as seen in his last outing vs Abel Ramos in which Ramos was able to wobble Ugas a few times. However, I think Ugas even on Short Notice you will Ugas try to fight the fight of his life to pull this off

Spence is younger than Ugas, bigger than Ugas, a bit faster than Ugas, has longer reach than Ugas, more experienced than Ugas at top level... Anymore?

Manny wrapped up sparring yesterday, and Spence announce that he is backing out for Ugas.

Manny was set up to lose. Manny will need to adjust to an orthodox fighter again, but how will he do that when he is done with sparring?

Definitely a set up so Manny can lose.
Did Ugas sparred with southpaws in his latest training camp? Fabian Maidana is orthodox...

Dont forget Pac is older. We don’t know how well his body reacts to fighting at this age.

Pac took the Barrera 1 fight on short notice and it cost Barrera.

I think Ugas will surprise Pacquiao or will Pacquiao adjust and put on a clinic vs the Cuban?

Still an intriguing fight except it doesn’t have the luster that Spence vs Pacquiao has..

Don’t forget that Manny has the experience edge by far, especially with orthodox fighters. He has more Championship Fights than Ugas has fights. I believe Pac will do his thing and hopefully retire. He’s too old with too many outside distractions and ambitions

Pac didn't take Barrera fight short notice.

                      That was the ledwaba fight.

Pac moved up to 126 for barrera.
