Is Ward Taking A Step Backwards By Fighting Kessler?

After fighting the Olympian Ravelo and then the strong and powerful Miranda, is Ward going backwards by facing Kessler? After reading this article I wondered this.

Dont put any spaces between boxing and news in order to see link.

What a silly comment, how is taking a step back fighting the number #1 SM in the world?

BTW Kessler in my view could only beat Anthony Mundine by a slight margin.

From fighting Miranda, someone with no skills and just a big punch, to Kessler, good power and good skills. Seems like a step up in competition and exposure because it's part of the Super Six
