Screw that… DAZN should really be investing on Vergil Ortiz Jr. the kid is the mandatory for Terrance Crawford WBO belt. Once Vergil KO’s Mean Machine next week, his mandatory will be due against Crawford that’s the fight you throw millions too. Built a homegrown product like Vergil instead of overpaying for one offs like Mikey Vs. Regis which isn’t that great of a fight to start off w/t. Anyhow, DAZN has something real special in Vergil, he’s quickly becoming must see TV not to mention the 147 lbs division is the most glamorous besides Heavyweight.

Hearn was probably testing the water to see if he could lure Lopez away from Arum. No secret Lopez was disgruntled at that time. Triller kinda messed that up though.

I would not pay either more than $1.5M. Neither fights often, neither has a belt and both are north of 30. Mike miscalculated badly believing he'd get the Pacquiao fight.
